Jobs In Punjab Population Innovation Fund 10th Jan 2017: Government of the Punjab has established the Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) a not-for-profit company dedicated to funding projects designed for effective population planning. We are looking for highly qualified and committed professionals for working in the health and population sectors.
General Manager Grants Management
Requirements  ❑ An MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Public Health / Economics / Finance / Public Administration I Business Administration / Public Policy from an HEC recognized university. ❑ Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, with 3 years at the senior management level. ❑ A professional degree/ diploma in project management would be an additional advantage. ❑ Experience of working with international organizations, donor agencies and/or handling grants would be an added advantage. ❑ Should have strong understanding of complex business operations and the ability to manage timelines. ❑ Should not be more than 55 years of age
General Manager Monitoring and Evaluation
Requirements  ❑ A Master’s degree in Health, Business Administration, Economics or Social Sciences from any HEC-recognized institution. ❑ At least 8 years of professional experience with at least three year of experience at the senior management level. ❑ Experience of working on monitoring and evaluation of development projects will be given preference. ❑ Ability to clearly define project cycle and results chain (outputs/outcomes/impact/ interventions. ❑ Strong IT skills and familiarity with statistical software. ❑ Should not be more than 55 years of age.
General Manager Finance
Requirements ❑ A qualified ACCA, chartered accountant, or an MBA in Finance from a national or international, HEC recognized institution. ❑ Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 years of experience in the capacity of CFO. ❑ Sound knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, legal ordinances and taxation laws. ❑ Detail orientation, strategic thinking and a robust business acumen. ❑ Should not be more than 55 years of age.
General Manager Operations
Requirements ❑ A postgraduate qualification in Economics, Business /-1 Administration, Finance, Social Sciences, Human Resource N O. Management from an HEC-recognized institute. V)
❑ At least of 8 years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 years of experience at the senior management level. ❑ Prior experience in the development sector and familiarity with government and donor-led initiatives shall be given preference. ❑ Ability to critically analyze operational models and develop innovative approaches. ❑ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to forge affective relationships internally and externally. ❑ Ability to mobilize, evaluate, organize and assign human and other resources. ❑ Should not be more than 55 years of age Manager Procurement
Requirements  ❑ A Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Social Sciences or equivalent from reputed national or international university. ❑ A minimum 5-years experience of procurement related experience in the private or public sector. ❑ Demonstrated experience of vendor sourcing and procurement and a clear understanding and grip of PPRA Rules, 2014 required for procurement functions. ❑ Basic knowledge of ERP implementation. Research Associate
Requirements  ❑ A Master’s or a Bachelor’ s with Honors in Economics, Management or Social Sciences from an HEC recognized national or international institution. ❑ Minimum one-year experience of a research-based job. ❑ Ability to work under deadlines and produce quality work. ❑ Demonstrated skill in report writing. ❑ Good communications and presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office.
